Weighing of Jr. Fair Livestock - Beginning at 4:00 pm, Saturday, July 25, the goats, lambs and hogs will be weighed in the swine barn. The rabbits weighed in the one side of the multipurpose building on the small animal scales. The dairy market feeders, beef feeders, market beef and dairy steers will be weighed in the other side of the multipurpose building with the cattle scales.

The Knox County Fair not only highlights the awareness of agriculture as an important and continuing industry in the county, but also provides visitors with a unique family experience.
No visit to the Knox County Fair would be complete without walking through the Junior Fair buildings. It is here you will witness the culmination of projects completed by the county’s youth involved in 4-H, FFA, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. Everything from woodworking and sewing projects to animals of all sizes are on display.
From the time guests pull through the gates, the sights, sounds and smells of the fair waft through the open windows inviting guests to explore all the excitement.
