CONDITIONS


Home Talent Stakes governed by Rules of the Home Talent Colt Stakes Association and Fair Tax Fund Law.
All class races are overnight events, the entries to which close at 11:00 A.M., three days preceding day of race,
when declarations to start must be made. Entry fee $30.00. No deductions. Two heats only.
Purse divided into two equal parts, nothing set aside for race winner, and divided each heat:
45 - 25 - 15 - 10 - 5 percent.  Phone entries will be taken if past performance is given at that time. 
Five to enter and four to start. Races conducted under the Rules of the United States Trotting Association.
With exception, if in any race more entries are received than we are able to score in two tiers, we reserve
the right to race single dashes for half the purse. Right reserved to reject any entry, to declare off or
re-arrange program as conditions may require.

THERE WILL BE NO PARKING AROUND HORSE BARN AREAS.  TRAILER ONLY PARKING WILL BE PROVIDED AT EAST END OF THE FAIR GROUNDS.
